For this Russian household packaging project, Tongda configured an EH800A electro-hydraulic blow molding machine around 2L and 3L laundry detergent bottles.
Project configuration
The machine combines double-station molding with a three-head layout. The die-head spacing, mold transfer stroke and clamping range were matched to the customer’s bottle and tooling requirements.
Drive and control
Servo-assisted hydraulics provide oil according to operating demand, while the PLC coordinates machine movements and production sequences. The operator interface supports Chinese, English and Russian to simplify training and daily use.
Designed around production needs
Automated handling and wall-thickness control help stabilize bottle quality and reduce unnecessary material use. The final configuration balances output, energy consumption and practical maintenance requirements.
