Choosing a blow molding machine begins with the finished bottle—not with a model number. Bottle geometry, resin, neck finish, handle design and target output determine the appropriate extrusion, clamping and automation configuration.
Start with the bottle and mold
Confirm the 2L and 3L bottle dimensions, weight, material and number of cavities. Handle position, parting line and trimming method directly affect mold layout and downstream handling.
Define the production target
Hourly output should be evaluated together with cooling time, station arrangement, die-head configuration and the stability required for continuous production. A higher nominal speed is only useful when product quality remains consistent.
Plan the complete line
Consider conveying, leak testing, labeling, scrap recovery and packing at the same time as the molding machine. A coordinated line reduces manual handling and makes future capacity planning easier.
