Suzhou Tongda Machinery operates this website to provide information about blow molding equipment and respond to business enquiries. We use Google Analytics and advertising measurement subject to the regional defaults and choices described below. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. For privacy questions, correction or deletion requests, contact info@tongdamachine.com. This website does not request payment card details or provide consumer accounts.
Enquiries and requested reports
When you submit a form, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, WhatsApp number, company, country, production requirements and optional attachment. We use them to respond to your enquiry or deliver the report you requested. A report request does not automatically subscribe you to an unrelated mailing list.
We also record the originating page, recent on-site navigation, campaign parameters when available, approximate country and technical security information including IP address and verification results. These help us understand an enquiry’s source, diagnose failed submissions and prevent abuse. Your name, email, message and attachment are not sent as Google Analytics event parameters.
Storage and service providers
The website uses Cloudflare Workers for hosting, D1 for enquiry records, R2 for media and attachments, Turnstile for form verification, and Email Sending for requested reports and internal sales notifications. Enquiry notices are sent to the configured business recipient; mail providers process those messages. Service providers may process information outside your country. Accepted equipment enquiries and report requests are also archived in our existing Wufoo form as a secondary business record. This copy contains basic submitted contact details, country, production requirements, message, enquiry number and requested report information. Attachments, IP addresses, city, browsing history and advertising attribution metadata are not automatically transferred to Wufoo. Manual-review records are archived only after staff release them. Cloudflare continues to send website notification emails.
Only authorised staff with access to the service account should review stored enquiries. Attachment links are signed and time-limited; expiration of a link does not mean the underlying file has been deleted. We retain enquiry records and attachments while needed for your request, business follow-up, security or applicable record-keeping obligations. An automatic deletion schedule has not yet been configured. Contact us to request review, correction or deletion of information we hold about you.
Cookies and your choices
Essential security and form functions work without optional analytics consent. We store your privacy choice locally in your browser for up to 180 days, remember a report-popup dismissal, and use session storage for navigation attribution, submission deduplication and a successful-form receipt. These website functions are separate from optional Google measurement.
Cloudflare determines an approximate country from the connection IP; the country may be inaccurate when a proxy or VPN is used. We automatically display the privacy banner in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, including associated EU territory country codes. If the country is unknown, we also display it. Visitors in other recognised countries can open the same choices from the footer. In the locations where the banner is automatically displayed, Google Analytics 4 and advertising measurement remain disabled until you make an appropriate choice. In other recognised countries, analytics and advertising measurement are enabled by default, but Google Signals and advertising personalisation remain disabled unless you explicitly accept all. An explicit saved choice, including a refusal, takes precedence over regional defaults. Regional defaults are not stored as affirmative consent. Advertising choices separately control Google advertising storage, user data and personalisation signals. Choose Necessary only, Analytics only, or Accept all in the privacy banner. Use Privacy choices at the bottom of any page to change or withdraw your choice. Refusing optional tracking does not prevent an enquiry or report request. Changing these settings clears relevant Google cookies accessible to this website and reloads the page.
Embedded maps and videos connect to their respective providers when displayed or played. Their services have their own privacy notices. Browser tools may also block or remove cookies and local storage.
Submission status and security
Verification failures leave your form available for retry. A request saved for manual review is not treated as an accepted sales enquiry and does not promise email delivery. Accepted requests are stored before notification is attempted. Delivery may be delayed or rejected by a receiving mailbox; our operations checks identify queue failures for review.
Your requests and changes
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your information, withdraw consent, or contact your local data protection authority. We may need to verify a requester’s identity before disclosing or changing an enquiry record. This notice will be updated if our processing changes. Last updated: 7 October 2026.
