A blow molding line needs power, compressed air, and cooling water or a chiller before it can run in your plant. Tongda fits voltage and frequency to the supply you have. Air, chiller and drying requirements depend on the model. This page does not publish kilowatts, air volume, water flow or a drying humidity number.
What to have ready before installation
Confirm these with the project before the machine arrives. They are planning questions, not a utility specification:
- the plant’s voltage and frequency
- compressed air for blowing and for pneumatic movements
- cooling water or a chiller for the mold
- how resin will be loaded, and whether flash will be ground and returned
- floor space, how the machine will be lifted in, and how containers will leave the machine
Ancillary equipment shows the loaders, dryers, mixers, crushers, chillers and compressors Tongda can supply with a line. Those units are sized with the selected model. They are not one size for every machine.
Voltage and frequency
Voltage and frequency are customized to the customer’s plant power supply. Tongda builds the machine for that supply. This page does not list voltage and frequency combinations, and it does not describe a retrofit.
Send the plant voltage and frequency with the container drawing.
Air, cooling and drying
Compressed air, chiller capacity and drying each depend on the machine model. Drying humidity, where a resin needs drying, also depends on the model. Tongda does not publish one air figure, one chiller size or one humidity threshold for the whole range.
Say whether the resin is one you expect to dry, and whether a crusher should be in the quotation. The answer is part of the model selection, not a number on this page.
What to send with the enquiry
Use the contact page and include:
- the container drawing, resin and target output
- plant voltage and frequency
- whether you want a dryer, crusher, chiller or compressor included
- anything already fixed on site, such as an existing compressor, described in words rather than assumed to match every model

Will Tongda match my plant voltage and frequency?
Yes. Voltage and frequency are customized to the customer’s plant power supply. Send that supply with the drawing. This page does not publish a voltage table.
Where are the air, chiller and drying figures?
They depend on the machine model. Tongda does not publish a single air volume, chiller size or drying humidity for every machine. They are confirmed for the model on the quotation.
