The warranty, spare parts and training below apply to a Tongda extrusion blow molding machine. Figures on this page come from Tongda’s confirmed after-sales terms. A quotation still names the machine and the parts list for that order.
What the warranty covers
The warranty covers the whole machine. It excludes damage caused by human factors, including misuse and operator error.
When the warranty starts
The warranty is 14 months from the ex-factory date. That date is the day the machine is shipped from the factory. It is not a first-production date and not a site-acceptance date.
Spare parts and overseas warehouses
Most spare parts can ship within 3 days. Special or custom parts depend on the case, so their timing is quoted for that part rather than taken from the 3-day figure.
Overseas spare-parts warehouses are being added. Warehouses are currently in Mexico and Egypt.
To request a part, send the machine model and a photo of the nameplate through the contact page.
Online support and on-site engineers
Online support is free and available 24 hours. An engineer can be arranged to visit the plant when the project needs someone on site. This page does not publish a response-time target beyond that 24-hour online support.
Machine interface languages include English, French, Spanish, Arabic, German, Russian and other major languages.
Operator training
Customer engineers can train at Tongda’s factory. When Tongda engineers go to the plant for installation and commissioning, they also train on site. The length depends on what the customer needs. It is typically 3–5 days.
