A chemical packaging customer selected an HS-30L hybrid blow molding solution for a new 20L and 30L drum project. The production plan required consistent wall distribution, stable output and automated handling.
Product requirements
Chemical drums must provide repeatable dimensions, reliable sealing areas and sufficient drop performance. Mold, parison program and cooling layout were evaluated together with the intended material.
Machine configuration
The HS-30L platform combines servo-assisted hydraulic movements with production controls suited to medium-size industrial containers. Wall-thickness programming helps distribute material according to the drum geometry.
Line integration
Automated take-out, deflashing, conveying and inspection reduce handling between operations. The completed line is designed around predictable production and practical maintenance access.
