Product Details
HS series machine is our high level series extrusion blow molding machines. Equipped with hydraulic servo system.
Save energy and with more stable running. The clamping unit adopts elbow style so that with higher and uniform clamping force. Using proportional valve control the mold open & close, and linear guide rail, the movement for the mold open & close will be more stable and fast.
This machine is suitable for producing HDPE/PP jerry cans size below 30liters.
It can be also equipped with multi head die-heads to make small bottles with higher output.
The main parts of this machine are designed and manufactured by ourself. We do the independent R&D and inspection. If you have other special requirements, we can provide customized services for you.

For each order, we will create an exclusive order processing task list, which including machine model, order time, expected delivery time, exact configuration, mould testing requirement, important time points such as deadline for engineering to make drawing, deadline for assembling the machine. This list has been signed by the heads of each department for confirmation.
And our Program Management Center and sales will always follow and update the status for each stage.
. In order to ensure the accuracy of each part, we are equipped with a variety of professional processing equipment and we have accumulated professional processing methods over the past years.
. Each component before assembly needs strictly control by inspecting personnel.
. Each assembly is in charged by a master who has working experience for more than 10 years.
. After all the equipment are completed, we will connect all the machines and run the full production line for at least 12 hours to ensure the stable running in customers’ factory
