Accumulator-head extrusion blow molding for water tanks and storage tanks up to 2,000 L, with an 80 L accumulator head and a 135 mm extruder.

Model and application
The TDBS series is Tongda’s accumulator-head range for large storage tanks such as horizontal and vertical water tanks. It is a different family from the TDBX large-panel machines and the TDB-1200A IBC inner-bottle machines. Share your tank drawing, wall thickness, target weight, resin and fittings so our engineers can size the accumulator, mold and handling.
How to read the specifications
Dry cycle is not a production rate. It is the machine cycle without a product. Tank output depends on part weight, wall thickness, cooling and handling.
HDPE output is extrusion capacity, not finished tanks per hour. The catalogue lists 450 kg/h for the 135 mm extruder feeding the 80 L accumulator head.
Installed power is the total installed power, not a measured energy consumption.
Standard configuration notes
- Control platform: Ask for the PLC, touch screen and parison controller brands in your quotation.
- Hydraulic valves: Yuken. Hydraulic pumps: Sumitomo.
- Frame: integrated frame with high-stiffness platens, and an integrated mold carriage shift for faster, safer mold changes.
- CE: Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC attestation, UDEM International Certification, certificate M.2025.206.C121093, valid until 2030-06-19. Standards EN ISO 12100:2010, EN 422:2009 and EN 60204-1:2018.
- Warranty: 14 months from shipment, including operation training and factory layout planning. Installation and commissioning are quoted separately.

Is the TDBS-2000A an IBC machine?
No. TDBS is Tongda’s storage-tank series. For IBC inner bottles (typically about 1,000 L), compare the TDB-1200A-P and TDB-1200A-P3.
Is 80 dry cycles/h a production rate?
No. It is the machine cycle without a product. Tank output depends on part weight, wall thickness, cooling and handling.
What should I send for a quotation?
