Servo-driven blow molding platform for 10 mL–30 L multi-specification containers, built for flexible molding, energy savings, and traceable production.
This model is specifically designed for the customized production of multi-specification containers in the 10 mL–30 L range, suitable for industries such as daily chemicals, chemicals, medical, and food. Integrated with multiple core patented technologies, the equipment features a flexible multi-head configuration capable of adapting to the production of irregular-shaped containers like wide-mouth and slanted-mouth bottles. The mold opening and closing system, driven by servo motors and precisely controlled by linear guides, ensures accurate mold movement positioning and even distribution of clamping force, resulting in smooth and seamless product parting lines. Its energy-saving design and intelligent control system support remote monitoring and data traceability, significantly reducing energy consumption while enhancing production capacity.
